The easiest way to share information with our customers. Inmopc presents the internal area of the clients, an area addressed to our clients, both to the owners and the plaintiffs, to share with them information of interest.

INFORMATION TO THE OWNERS
The owner can access the public records of the different properties that we manage, accessing them from their management, documentation, statistics...
Access to public property listings
Where the descriptive information of the property is exposed, with its gallery of images. You can print them or send them by email.
What steps do we take with your property?
We will inform the owner of what steps we have taken with each property and its results, such as meetings, offers, visits...
Statistics by property
The owner can access visits on the web, visits made, other steps taken, calls received, in which portals the property is published.
Shared documentation
We will share in a simple way the documents uploaded to the property and that we want the owner to access, such as: Valuation reports, signed contracts, the simple note ...
Internal requests
The owner can request any request for a specific property such as request a meeting, talk about the price, changes to the property ... etc. Said petition will arrive by email and through an Internal Area Request management in Inmopc.
INFORMATION TO PLAINTIFFS
The client will be able to access the different demands that we manage, seeing the properties shown, and the management of each demand.
Access to the claim file
Where you will see the features you are looking for, such as types of buildings, areas, distribution...
What steps do we take with each demand?
We will inform the client of the different steps we have taken with their demand and their results, such as visits, offers...
Properties visited or seen by email
We can access on demand the properties we have visited or we have sent by email.
Internal requests
The plaintiff will be able to ask us for any request for a specific demand such as expanding information on a property, making a specific offer ... etc. Said petition will arrive by email and through an Internal Area Request management in Inmopc.
EMAIL ACCESS SUBMISSION
From Inmopc, we can send by email, from the properties, demands or clients, direct access to the internal area, with the user and password thereof. It will only be active in the clients with access permission.
ACCESS TO THE PRIVATE AREA FROM YOUR OWN WEB
If you wish you can ask your designer to insert a direct access to your private area on your website, allowing your clients to access directly from their website. The cost of layout is € 45
CONTROL THE INFORMATION YOU SHARE
Inmopc will allow us to control at all times, the real estate, demands, documents and management that we want to share and which do not, with a simple check. We can have a client with several demands or real estate and we only want to share with him, information of a specific property and not of others.

COST OF ACTIVATION?
It has no activation cost; but if maintenance will be increased by € 5 / month per office to 2,500 direct / monthly accesses. Client access to the private area will cause a significant increase in data traffic and technical support for this module.
